Shipping Locations
We ship nationally and internationally. Quotes available on request. Email infoartebeatricemorel@gmail.com and state the title of the painting and your delivery address.
Processing Time
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of the artwork. Shipping rates will be provided on request.
- National (France): Flat rate shipping for domestic orders.
- International: International shipping charges will apply. Contact me for rates as these will be based on the size and weight of the painting and delivery address.
International Shipping
- For orders outside France, please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that apply to your country. These fees are not included in the shipping price and are payable upon arrival.
Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use secure packaging to protect your piece during transit.
Delivery Time
- National (France): Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
- International: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
- Please note that delays may occur due to customs or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of submitting a claim.
